Do you support Tax Free for non-EU travellers?

Yes. Flag the sale as Tax Free at the till and, once customs validates the export, UniPOS automatically issues the VAT-only credit note (type 11.4) through your e-invoicing provider, with full claim tracking — compatible with Global Blue.
